Ordering Process

Ordering process of polycarbonate shutter slats and door accessories

Confirm the model of shutter slats

At first you should choose the model of shutter slats, you can choose the model number, size and thickness from catalogue.

Payment and delivery

We will check if we have the material in stock, if we don't we will start the production. Normally we accept 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery.

New mold tooling

If you need special model which we don’t have, please provide us the drawings or samples, we will build new mold for you. It will take one or two month to finish tooling. If your order quantity reach our request we will refund the tooling fee.

Confirm the type of doors

At first you should let us know the type of doors, do you need a roller shutter or a sliding folding closure, is it manual operation or motorized operation?

Confirm the door opening size

For roller shutter the clear size is the width including 2 guide rails, and height including the extra size in the roller box for sliding folding closure, the clear size is the width of including pocket, and height from top side of tracks to the floor

Choose the material of door or shutters

For roller shutters you need to choose the material of shutter curtain, which can be aluminum slat or polycarbonate slat or steel slat. And you need to confirm the size and thickness of shutter slat.

For folding sliding closure you need to choose the panel size from 110mm~300mm panels. And there is variety choice of door panel patterns, such as polycarbonate panel , full aluminum panel, grill panel, perforated panel,etc.

Quotation and payment

After you confirmed all the details, we will send you formal quotation, if you accepted the price you can transfer the deposit or full payment.

Confirm drawing before production

To avoid making mistakes we will send you drawings before production, after you confirmed the drawings we will proceed the order.

Inspection and delivery

When the production is complete, you can confirm the quality by photos , videos, online calls or sending people to check the quality. After you confirmed the quality of shipments we will make delivery.

If you confirmed an order and paid the deposit, we will send drawings for your confirmation.
